Since 2018, we’ve gotten our glasses from LC - Edison has always taken fantastic care of us! (Yes, we drive 12 hours one way to get our glasses from LC/Edison!). We love seeing Edison every year, and the variety of designer glasses at this store is absolutely amazing- I don’t know how he does it, but Edison keeps finding us the perfect eyewear every time! We constantly receive compliments on our glasses! The LC glasses are great quality, too! This latest store visit, I got (new prescription) lenses for 3 designer frames I’ve had for 1-3years! (Plus a bright red Gucci pair I couldn’t resist!). Super Selection - Warm, Friendly Service - Great Quality - Affordable Prices- we’ll be back each year for sure! Thank you, Edison + LC!!

- JMJennifer MosherFeb 2, 20261.0When I picked up my glasses, they had not put in my bifocal. When I went back for the store, they looked and could not find my progressive, because it was not there. They then told me that I ordered since len glasses. I explained that I did not because I can’t read without them so that wouldn’t make sense with me. They verified that the prescription I gave them did have my bifocal strength. The sales associate was obviously upset with me due to them making my glasses wrong. They said, I don’t know who you met with when you were here so I can’t speak on that. I said yes you can because it was you. I asked if they could correct my lenses and they said I could for an additional $195. I requested a refund. It’s ok to make mistakes, we all do but own it when you realize it and make it right. Do better LensCrafters.

This was the first time using my insurance vision benefits since retiring and had many questions. Eddison pulled up my benefits explaining in detail what my insurance covered based on the right lens to fit my needs. He showed me my lens options on the tablet so I clearly understood what was available for how I use my glasses. I also purchased the Eyewear protection plan that will be a great savings to replace my glasses if I accidently break them for a full year. Eddison is very knowledgeable and professional as well. I also want to say a big thank you to Kramer for putting a screw in my daughter's sunglasses. There was another associate Nora, that sat down and just had a friendly conversation with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Lenscrafters for all of your vision needs!!!Thank you Eddison for all your help today along with Kramer and Nora. Wishing Eddison, Kramer and Nora a Merry Christmas!!
