- PTPaula TreadawayDec 18, 20255.0I had the most amazing experience at Lenscrafters in the Promenade Mall today! The store manager, Eddison greeted me promptly with a warm welcome. This was the first time using my insurance vision benefits since retiring and had many questions. Eddison pulled up my benefits explaining in detail what my insurance covered based on the right lens to fit my needs. He showed me my lens options on the tablet so I clearly understood what was available for how I use my glasses. I also purchased the Eyewear protection plan that will be a great savings to replace my glasses if I accidently break them for a full year. Eddison is very knowledgeable and professional as well. I also want to say a big thank you to Kramer for putting a screw in my daughter's sunglasses. There was another associate Nora, that sat down and just had a friendly conversation with me.
