However, you should educate your salesmen a little more on the issues that your customers might encounter if they have had a lifetime of for instance being bow-legged, standing on their feet all day on concrete for 35+ years. This puts those customers in a high-risk category. The salesman failed to let us know that it would take a while a long while for this correction to be made by your inserts. And most of all to take it slow. My husband injured himself, by wearing the first insoles in your 3 in insole system. After wearing the first insole for approximately 1 hour, he was unable to move without the assistance of a cane for many days after. He has now taken all inserts out of his shoes and is still walking with the cane. We hope he will heal and be able to just walk normal and we will have to find another way to deal with his knee pain. And very disappointed that there was no warning to take it easy when you've had such a long pre-existing condition. Again, let me reiterate, Matthew did a fabulous job he is a great salesman. And just a nice fella, you all just need to do some further training of these wonderful gentlemen. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
