  I came into the store on 07/03/25 at 07:40PM to take advantage of the 90 cent per can ghost energy deal. when I came up to the register I had two cases of one of my favorite drinks. I was expecting to be met with you know some kind of "hey how's it going?" or maybe "will this be all for you today?" you know like how checking out normally goes. instead I got what was probably about a 38 second staring contest like I was supposed to ring him up I had to ask him how his day was going twice just to break that staring contest up. After some intimate eye contact I was then informed there is a 6 can per customer limit. don't get me wrong I can completely understand that there's always fine print and I honestly should've looked a little closer, so I put back a case and just went to check out with the one that I still had. the man working the register asked if I had an account with them and I told him I did and followed up by giving my phone number to find my account, he then told me he could not find an account under that number and that he would just make me a new one. I didn't really even care until he told me he couldn't figure it out and "Gave up" he then rings me up for the case of ghost energy I had for check out and I ask him if the discount would apply to 6 of the drinks in the case and leave the other six normal priced. I swear these were his actual words to respond to that question. "probably but I'm too dumb to figure that out." so at this point I'm just trying to maintain composure and just pay for my full priced case of drinks. I highly recommend this spot if you think you're generally kind to strangers. they will really test you on how set you are in your ways. I've always liked GNC. the staff are NORMALLY very friendly and helpful. until I came to this GNC. do not come here.

  I went into the store tonight I was treated very rudely the manager reminded me that his store was number one He's very improfessional but he needs to remember that he is just a body who is there to take our money for us who make four times more money than he will ever make in his entire life a year The location is great The prices are great The professionalism and the person unfortunately collecting the money is below standard as he told me research what I want and grab it I got no help at all and he treated me like he would never see me Little does he know I will be back every time I knew supplements because he has nothing to do with it!!!

  around 6:45 PM today I got my pre and post workout, customer service is Good but I highly recommend to use masks. Because person who is helping me In the store has no mask 😷 on him and he has his running nose on. For customer safety and the agent safety I highly recommend to use masks!!!!
