Lashounda Helped me and she was fantastic. She was very friendly had a great personality and demeanor. I had already scoped out the frames and found a pair I liked then she pulled out a few more similar frames to try and i ended up going with a nicer more expensive frame that my vision insurance fully paid for! I just got them yesterday and I absolutely love my new frames!! I was disappointed that Lashounda was not working yesterday but the girl that helped me was excellent and had a great personality! I wear progressive tri-focals, they do not make the progressive tri-focals in their One Hour Lab, they have to be sent out, which did not matter to me it was about 6 days and worth the wait. I will be definitely recommending Eyemart Express!! John Wright.
