  In all my years of going to the doctor this is by far the worst one, my husband is an asthmatic and needs his inhaler at least once a month we told the doctor to fill his scripts months out, my husband went to go get his medicine and was told his prescription ran out, we went to the doctors office and spoke with a nurse, she told him there was nothing she could do about his script unless the doctor came in while he was basically suffocating, and he tried to ask the lady nicely to call the pharmacy to tell them they messed up on his script she then got rude with my husband and told him they would not do anything for him( not true cause the pharmacy told him to do this ) so after calling the pharmacy again to confirm he needs the nurse to call, he called up to the doctor and spoke with another nurse after he tried to explain the situation ( he has a right to be angry he hasn't been able to breathe for 3 hours because y'all messed something up with his script) he didn't even get sideways with you people and you yelled at him like a child tried to tell him to "not be disrespectful" and hung the phone up on my husband in the middle of talking when he was having a medical emergency, you people do not deserve to be doctors or in the healthcare field, you don't care about your patients just the money, if my husband wanted to go through the process id sue you people for medical malpractice for making him suffering without an inhaler due to your negligence, and incompetency to fill a script and apparently I'm not the only one with this problem you people should be ashamed of yourself

  The best part of the whole experience was the receptionist that got me initially scheduled. The dr came in to my appointment very aggressive but calmed down when I became defensive…I came for help, not to be blamed. The Dr ordered lab work for me and stated she would follow up the next day. I had to call twice to try to get results - the first call was sent to a voicemail, waited a couple of hours and called again only to be met with incredibly rude assistants that acted like it was an inconvenience to give me the results I came to them for and medical guidance for my situation. The staff said the dr tried to call, however, I had no missed calls and no voicemails - no one could give me the time she tried to call either. The staff said the dr would call “first thing” the next day. 3 days after my appointment, I STILL have yet to speak to the dr. I had to go in and get my results printed to have them. I do not recommend this clinic for more than cold symptoms and be prepared for the staff to be annoyed with your presence.

  It's sad to see them go away.. Them people really care & help people that need help.. I have never had to wait very long to see the therapist or doctor.. I always felt better after going there.. my therapist name was Betina she is the best therapist I have ever seen.. & I have seen alot..

  My whole family goes here, we actually followed them from the previous practice. My mom & husband see Dr. Lee. He really seems to care about his patients & is very thorough with following up. My boys both see Dr. Kemp. They love his upbeat personality & that he takes an interest in what's going on in their lives. I usually see Cecil Massey. He is very thorough & listens to concerns; & is also so easy to talk to. The nurses are all amazing, caring people, as are the office staff. We never have an issue getting an appointment when needed.
