    On using this pharmacy. Since pharmacy techs have no idea about anyone's walk in life I'd expect these to be nice and help. Not petty, meanspirited or nasty tempered. Should said tech be observed by pharmacist displaying rude behavior I do not expect chastisement from the pharmacist to the patient - ever! Please close my account because I refuse to endure poor client experiences in a competitive market.

    I called to find out about my husband meds the person who answer the phone put me on hold without telling me then the phone stated ringing again several times another woman answer then I asked to speak to manger another woman came to phone I told her I thought the manager was a man she told me he was on vacation. We have been with kroger for years and I think the employees you hire now are not experienced When Jill was there she care about the customers .
