  I love Krogers pharmacy so far they always have my medicine ready on time I am really glad I left Walgreens because their were so many problems with them all the time but not anymore since I switched to Krogers the staff is always polite and professional and their prices are lower 👌

  Very unprofessional I waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Then when I get to the window I ask the lady did she use my insurance card sense my payment was so high she said yes just to find out she didn’t use my insurance card she was just trying to make me pay the total cost for my prescription.

  I called to find out about my husband meds the person who answer the phone put me on hold without telling me then the phone stated ringing again several times another woman answer then I asked to speak to manger another woman came to phone I told her I thought the manager was a man she told me he was on vacation. We have been with kroger for years and I think the employees you hire now are not experienced When Jill was there she care about the customers .

  Everyone is kind and caring. I switched from a different kroger to this one because it's on my way home from my PCP and I'm so glad I did. I haven't had any issues that were THEIR fault. It usually falls back on my ins or drs office. But even then its nothing major and they're always happy to help sort out the problem.
