Please learn to have a better customer/employee rapport when helping a customer over the phone instead of a dry “I don’t want to be here” tone with no expression 😶. It helps makes a person day if they hear a smile in the employee’s voice when being helped over the phone and specially when dealing with something that’s difficult or out of one’s control, theirs or ours
