- DMdarrelyn moneyApr 11, 20201.0Do not go to this pharmacy if you need same day fill. I can't even add up all the times and the ways this pharmacy has screwed up! I have noticed that they have alot of tech turnover so that may be part of the problem. Problems have ranged from 1) my meds got stuck in the machine and instead of someone getting them I was sent away until the next day. 2) Longer than usual wait times. ( think 2 days when I was told 2 hours) 3) not getting texts when meds are ready, even though I'm signed up 4) being overcharged because the tech said my insurance was on there, but it actually wasn't 5) them losing my rxs. I could go on and on. Try to find another pharmacy.

I called and asked a lay how long it would take to get my meds from my emergency room visit to keep me from throwing up and the other was a pain med. She said they can have it ready in 15 minutes since I was pretty severe. Then, I went to drop off the prescription and the lady said I had to wait an hour. I told her what the lady on the phone said and that didn’t change anything. This time, I called the location to refill my antidepressant and they said it would be ready that day. I got he text that said the prescription was ready that day. I came to pick it up today and they told me they didn’t have anything for me. I said well they said it was ready yesterday. So, she looked it up and said they sent it to the one in Maumelle. I asked why they did that if I called this location and I have filled here many times before. They were going to have me wait most of the day and I got upset.

The line is way to long but looks like several techs and pharmacist there. Never had an issue at Walgreens. Kroger was more convenient but will drive a few more blocks to get better service
