He is an EXCELLENT surgeon, and went out of his way to help me feel comfortable. Dr. Spann and his team truly care about their patients.   I just had my breast reduction done. The surgery process went so smooth, I didn't even know I had anything done when I woke up, until I looked down. I am in such awe at the expertise of Dr. Spann. I was about a size H, and he was able to reduce my size to a B/C!! I really just wanted them very small because my large breasts gave me so many problems. And Dr. Spann understood that I wanted them small. Just being able to breathe effortlessly is such a big deal!! Before, my breasts weighed down on my diaphragm and it's such a big difference, I just wanted to cry. Dr. Spann is a miracle worker! I can't be thankful enough for this! They were able to get my paperwork done and get my insurance approval in such a speedy time since my operation was a medical necessity. I'm just so happy, this is a real life changer. And on a great note, they are so generous in pain management. After I got home the same day, I barely feel any pain!! My pain level is only like 2. I keep up on my medication, but I'm such at an awe because I've heard so many people say they are in pain after. The pain management is 300x better than when I had a C-section at UAMS. Dr. Spann and his clinic is so very sweet. I'm overweight, and they treated me very well and not like I was different . They didn't even mention my weight (I know most doctors like to lecture about that), and was still able to do what I needed them to do. Thank you guys so much!!!!
