  Dr. Keith is amazing! We absolutely adore her, and she is so informative and great with the kids! The after hours dr exchange representatives, on the other hand, are extremely rude. The gentleman that I dealt with tonight could literally care less, and you could tell by the way he was talking to me. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but that was completely uncalled for. Scoffing at people and ask them “what they need,” like really? You could tell he did not want to be on the phone and talked so fast to hurry up and get off the phone. Very disappointed and unhappy with that service. Trust me, I wish I wasn’t calling either, but I had to.

  I find this to be the best pediatrics for my child. I first went to Cabot where they gave me false updates for my child. They said she was unhealthy because of her weight. Once I went to the Little Rock Pediatrics they reassured me that the weight is fine, because she has always been a tall child. The doctors are always polite and courteous and I don't find the wait time to be long. They keep the waiting room clean and neat for both sick and well kids. My oldest daughter loves the fish tank and gets excited every time she finds out we are going there. We have been going for 4 years. I even brought our new bundle of joy here too because of their wonderful service and care. I honestly recommend this pediatric to anyone who is seeking health care for their little ones.
