Brittney was so kind when I asked her to adjust my glasses. I left with them fitting perfectly! Thanks, Brittney!

I just had a great experience at LensCrafters at Midtown on University. Winston Watson was my optician associate, and he walked all through that store with me while I tried on different frames. After talking about what I like and don't like and hearing my observations/comments he was yes/no as to the look of the frames on my face--totally on my wavelength! Two other associates also gave me feedback. Excellent teamwork! I bought a pair of progressives and a pair of progressive sunglasses. I'll be very excited to receive those in a roughly 10 days

Beautiful store with a huge assortment of frames. There is something for everyone. They have all the latest trends. The staff is wonderful! So nice and very knowledgeable. Big thank you shout out to Harryson at the Little Rock, Arkansas location! We pulled so many frames to play around with. I was so overwhelmed with having to get glasses I didn’t know where to start. He was awesome! Will definitely go back.

DONT GET A GIFT CARD FROM HERE!!!! I was gifted a card for my birthday to get the ball rolling on getting some glasses. After they didn't have the ability to give an eye exam( even though there is a sign for them hanging on the window)I got one across the street at Stanton Optical. While at Stanton I quoted the frames I wanted with all the features available practically. $445 out the door. By the time I settle for the set of frames from LensCrafters with the same features $630. They refused to return the gift card so that I could just go get the ones I wanted without having to pull out an additional $180. Terrible experience to have to be forced into buying something from somewhere you didn't want to. So as a consumer hopefully helping someone else with this review, DONT BUY A GIFT CARD FEOM HERE WITHOUT THE PERSON YOU INTEND TO GIFT. THEY MAY NOT HAVE THE FRAMES THE OTHER PERSON WANTS, AND THIS PARTICULAR STORE HAS A NO RETURN ON GIFT CARD POLICY THEY SAY IS CORPORATE POLICY!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
