- TAT AshOct 7, 20251.0HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 6 employees working, 3guys (techs) standing in 1 aisle looking at each other waiting to see if someone else is going to take care of the customer at the counter. Then 2 females chatting about the previous person b4 me, while making eye contact with me but never speaking or asking if they can help. 1 male pharmacist on the computer never looking up and not caring what's going on other that what he is doing. If you have this may people in one place and none of the can handle basic courtesy or customer service then someone in management is doing something terribly wrong.

Always new staff, who seem to have no clue what is going on. I’m just a customer but Walgreens appears to have the same volume with half the staff and get it done twice as fast. Changing locations for my prescriptions. I had to double pay each time they lost my prescriptions!!
