  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 6 employees working, 3guys (techs) standing in 1 aisle looking at each other waiting to see if someone else is going to take care of the customer at the counter. Then 2 females chatting about the previous person b4 me, while making eye contact with me but never speaking or asking if they can help. 1 male pharmacist on the computer never looking up and not caring what's going on other that what he is doing. If you have this may people in one place and none of the can handle basic courtesy or customer service then someone in management is doing something terribly wrong.

  I love this pharmacy. I feel like I can trust them and that they care. Paloma, a pharmacy tech there, always goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met as a customer.

  If you want a pharmacist who will take the time to listen with you and work with you and your doctors, do NOT go here. I love Rodney P and Beechwood Kroger pharmacies but this pharmacy has the MEANEST pharmacist around. The head pharmacist with blonde hair yelled at me in front of other customers and possibly violated HIPPA by yelling out personal information because she was obviously overwhelmed and decided to take it out on me. This is the most unprofessional person in health care I have ever met. This is also my only review on Google; I am not a complainer. The public deserves to know how terribly this pharmacist treats her patients.
