  if your prescription was called into the middle of Siberia, or Rodney Parham Kroger, it would be faster to just go get it in Siberia

  As a RN, I’ve been in healthcare over 30 years and have never seen delivery of healthcare services GET THIS BAD! I’m not complaining about the pharmacy staff, the issue is with Kroger on a corporate level. Hire more people because our heath is at risk. Kroger promises a service that IS NOT being delivered.

  Unfriendly customer service and long wait, even when you refill and pay online. Slow or no response to transfer requests.

  I have always had a very exceptional experience with Kroger Pharmacy at Colony West, until today. I had surgery on Thursday and pain meds were prescribed then. I received a notification on Saturday that they had my prescription but it was pending. I called and was told by the pharmacist that it would be another hour before it could be ready and that they go to lunch between 1-1:30. So it was going to be closer to 2 hours. I informed the pharmacist that they had received the RX 2 days earlier and this was not acceptable. She did tell me that she would have it ready in 45 minutes. Kroger….you need to do better. We have other pharmacy choices.

  Horrible place. Always has a damn excuse as why prescriptions aren’t ready. Not friendly at all!! I’m sick of place and will be switching pharmacies!
