I have been standing here for 25 minutes 2nd in line and they still havent settled with the person they were helping when i originally got here. Update-after waiting in line behind 1 singular person for 35 minutes, my prescription that was called in on Tuesday wasnt ready. I will be changing pharmacies on Monday
- LFLinda FlowersOct 18, 20251.0I have always had a very exceptional experience with Kroger Pharmacy at Colony West, until today. I had surgery on Thursday and pain meds were prescribed then. I received a notification on Saturday that they had my prescription but it was pending. I called and was told by the pharmacist that it would be another hour before it could be ready and that they go to lunch between 1-1:30. So it was going to be closer to 2 hours. I informed the pharmacist that they had received the RX 2 days earlier and this was not acceptable. She did tell me that she would have it ready in 45 minutes. Kroger….you need to do better. We have other pharmacy choices.
