So I go to the freezer section because you know, I’ve already wasted 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch hoping to get deli food and the prices ring up more at the register than the tag said. Come on man seriously?

Unlike some other grocery stores where no help was available to assist customers. I am only 4'11 and unable to reach items on upper shelves, so I went all over one store asking for assistance,after finding not one person a very nice customer helped me to get the item on an upper shelf. I like Kroger pharmacy as well as for getting flu shots ect it doesn't take all day and when picking up a Rx it takes only a few minutes to complete and the staff is really nice and efficient.
