Rules are only effective when they are made to keep us safe not to divide or provide another human being with the excuse to treat another human being inhumanly.

My 1 suggestion to them would be to update their machines. Their machine’s are pretty out of date, which leads to some breakdowns-> which then leads to longer wait times.
