- LHLance HarrisonJan 18, 20261.0I felt I was taken advantage of because I am going through the worst time in my life. I needed someone to watch my Mother who is on hospice. I came home and they were watching Netflix, my Mother does NOT use profanity, so when she was hearing the F bombs going off I realized I made a HUGE MISTAKE. I told them do whatever DO NOT COME BACK EVER!!!!!! They charged me this ridiculous amount of money because I wouldn't allow them in my home. If you are reading this, I am praying for you!

The mission and purpose of the work are meaningful, and many of the frontline staff truly care about the people they serve. That said, leadership communication and internal consistency were significant challenges. Expectations often shifted without clear direction, concerns were frequently escalated above employees rather than addressed directly, and there was a noticeable lack of grace during periods when staff were managing personal hardship alongside demanding workloads. While accountability was emphasized, support and transparency did not always match that standard. This organization may be a good fit for those who thrive in fast-paced environments with limited structure, but individuals seeking collaborative leadership, clear communication, and consistent support may find the experience challenging.
