Horrible! My daughter Ayla has been there since December 2024, and I have been by her side! Born at 1 lb 5 oz, a micro preemie, I have been by her side since birth! In August, my ex-girlfriend and I got into a disagreement outside the hospital about other matters! She told social workers something that led them to prohibit me from seeing my daughter on September 2, 2025. When I asked why, they said they needed a paternity test! I was in shock, confused, and heartbroken! My ex-girlfriend was pressured into getting a restraining order on September 10, 2025! She filed it for herself and my daughters! I went to court and did not dispute the restraining order against her; my concern is and always will be my daughters! The restraining order was dropped on my daughters and I was given video chat and access to all medical records on my daughters behalf!! Ive been reaching out to lawyers and each one has said it will be hard because children's arkansas has a great legal team!! My concern is my daughter in the hospital with her tracheostomy and G-tube!! Talking to the social worker i would be thinking they are for my daughters well being but after talking to this social worker over and over only concern seems to be liability on them not letting me see my daughter before the restraining order!! I will post and make this my life's mission and maybe this will not happen to someone else!! I am David fighting Goliath!! Hospitals concern should be my daughters well being!! I finally have access to my chart and I see no one is there with my daughter days at a time! Anyone who knows the children are left in there rooms only at feeding time and cares are done is when they have interactions with someone! My ex girlfriend goes only 2 to 3 times a week for maybe a couple hours a day! My daughter is 10months! I pray and pray for my daughters well being every day!!!

One star is too much for the terrible experience I just had at this place. My toddler got better care at the smaller hospital that sent us here. This place is a joke, the employees are a joke. Rode 3.5hrs in 2 different ambulances here all for them to have us waiting 6 hours doing nothing. Saw about 20 different people come in the room and all of them were clueless on what the others had done or said to us, ZERO communication between them, Neuro department never gave an answer on what needed to be done. These people think we are there because we want to pay thousands to go chill in the ER for hours, starving, with a sick, crying toddler, just for fun, all while they all just sit around. ?? Please do not waste your time at this circus.
