  I have been dealing with pelvic floor pain for the past 4–5 years, and for a long time, I truly didn’t realize that real relief was even possible anymore. I’ve now been receiving care for three weeks at Advanced Physical Therapy in Little Rock, and working with Sandra McDonald, Physical Therapist, has been life-changing. From the very first session, I could tell she understood exactly what was going on with my body. The techniques and skills she uses brought me relief almost immediately—relief that honestly brought me to tears because I hadn’t felt that kind of comfort in years. Within these three weeks, I have experienced something I haven’t had in a very long time—three full days without pain. That alone gave me a level of hope I didn’t think I would feel again. We’ve since increased sessions to twice a week to continue building on this progress, and for the first time, I feel hopeful about maintaining a lower level of pain and eventually reaching a place of being pain-free. I also want to acknowledge Rachel Ashcraft, APRN, at Cornerstone for Women’s Healthcare. She listened, trusted her clinical judgment, and guided me in the right direction when others hadn’t. That referral made all the difference in getting me the help I truly needed. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, care, and genuine concern shown by the entire team at Advanced Physical Therapy. You can feel that they truly care about their patients and are committed to helping them heal. If you are dealing with pelvic floor pain and feel like you’ve run out of options, please don’t give up. There is real help out there, and there are providers who truly know what they’re doing. I’m beyond grateful for the care I’ve received and the progress I’m finally experiencing.

  This is my third time going through rehab with Advanced and I won’t go anywhere else! Every therapist and staff member I’ve worked with has been fantastic—empathetic, very knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. They’ve made some tough rehabs as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for the great care!

  Met with Olivia and an intern, Hollis, to come up with a plan for lipidema in my 90 year old mother’s lower legs. They clearly explained the problem and were very patient with my questions and repeated the responses so patiently for her. They presented three treatment options and went through the pros and cons of each, allowing us to determine the best option for us. Thank you so much for your patience and clarity, Olivia and Hollis!
