  I saw Dr. William Zachery Inboden last year (for the first time since moving to Jonesboro) for my annual vision exam, and he said he had really good news for me. He said he saw no signs of Fuch's Corneal Syndrome or even Macular Degeneration! What a great visit! The other 3 professionals (over 7 years) must have been wrong! This year, however, I decided to go to a different place (Southern Eye Associates, which I HIGHLY recommend), and I DO still have Macular Degeneration and Fuch's AND I'm showing the beginning stages of cataracs. If Dr. Inboden hadn't told me I didn't have those conditions, I would have continued my Preservision Vitamins and the special eye drops, but I didn't. And now the conditions are worse. So choose your eye care professional carefully and don't go to Dr. Inboden. Also, the office experience was okay, but the glasses were incredibly expensive (I ended up buying for 1/6th the price through Zenni Optical online) and I had a lot of trouble reaching out to them for an appointment. Also, they never returned my call this year (thankfully).

  I had cataract surgery at Jonesboro Eye Associates by Dr Stank who is the best in my opinion and I’m totally satisfied with my surgery. I highly recommend them to everyone. They do not carry glasses so I had to go to Vision eye care for them. I ordered my glasses and they would not let me enter the building to pick them up and I’m COVID vaccinated. So they brought them out to me and I put them on an left. On the drive home I noticed a flaw in the right lense and scratches on the left. I immediately called them when I got home from my hour drive. They told me to bring them back and they would fix them so I drove an hour to go back over there for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about my glasses that I just had to deal with it. I will never use them again. Now I have brand new glasses with a flaw directly in my vision and scratched up new glasses.

  I was a patient at this clinic for cataract surgery on my left eye. I am sufficiently unhappy with my experience that not only will I not return to this provider for my second cataract surgery, I intend to seek another opthamologist to address the problems I've suffered since the surgery was performed. My left eye will not focus independently at any distance. I am increasingly reliant on my right eye. My left eye frequently itches badly, aches, and feels as if there is a foreign object in it at times. I am not a fan of what I think of as the "assembly line" approach to medicine, and that is how I felt about my experience.

  If you are considering lasik, don’t go here! They couldn’t correct my vision after two tries and when I tried to schedule the third go around , they messed up scheduling and couldn’t get me in when I had the time off work (and we scheduled this months ahead of time— they cancelled on me the day before I came in). Overall I’ve had a horrible experience here and would urge you to check out other options — or just stick with glasses! Save yourself the headache, literally.
