  Good people and place but they never answer the phone when I need a question answer and wasting gas driving 30 mins just to ask a question that takes less than 3 minutes

  ​I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experiences at the Kedplasma center. For the most part, my experience as a donor has been positive. I particularly appreciate the efficiency of the check-in process, which is remarkably smooth when utilizing the mobile app. It is clear that the center has made great strides in using technology to streamline the initial stages of donation. ​However, I am rating my experience poorly due to a recurring and significant issue: the inability to reach the center via telephone. On numerous occasions, I have attempted to call with time-sensitive questions, only to have the phone ring indefinitely without an answer. It appears that the staff on-site either overlooks the phones or is too overwhelmed with floor duties to attend to them. ​This lack of communication creates a major barrier for donors. Currently, the only way to get a simple question answered is to physically drive to the location and wait in line—sometimes for up to two hours. This is an unreasonable expectation for donors who are already volunteering their time and effort. It suggests a lack of regard for the donor's schedule and significantly hinders the overall customer service experience. ​To resolve this, I strongly recommend that management considers hiring a dedicated receptionist or secretary whose sole responsibility is to manage incoming calls and provide administrative support. Having a designated point of contact for phone inquiries would not only improve donor satisfaction and retention but also allow the medical and floor staff to remain focused on their primary tasks without the distraction of unanswered phones. ​Thank you for your time and for considering this suggestion to improve the donor experience.   I really like the employees who work here! Everyone seems to know exactly what they are doing. It's a very busy place, so every now and then, the wait is long, but they are cross-trained and try to pull ppl from the back to medical screening to help ppl get through as fast as possible.
