However, as a carpet cleaner, I am in homes all the time where elderly and special needs persons are neglected and just receive the bare minimum of care. However, HomeInstead is different. I have seen them go the extra mile, develop deep relationships with their clients. I highly recommend their services, and when my parents are in need, they will be the first call I make!

Medicaid doesn't feed my family or pay bills. Want better aides? Pay more. I know the ratings of ALL caregiving places in this area, the complaints and the inconsistencies.
