- LJLove JonesFeb 26, 20261.0I came in with prescription in hand, Im seeing 2 workers helping customers, so I just started browsing glasses since NEITHER of them acknowledged me, NEITHER said "hello, I will be with you shortly" nothing. When the lady was done helping her customer she went to a sign in sheet I knew nothing about (my first time) and called 2 people who came in long after I was there, I decided to leave and then FINALLY she says can you sign in please....I said if you had told me this when I walked in I would have been seen instead of everyone that came in after me. Poor customer service....never again. And yes they saw me unless my skin was too dark for them to see me.
