I don’t know, even where to begin, the entire experience has been incredible from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. The hormone therapy and wellness treatment have literally changed my life and I finally feel myself again. What have you got to lose? Go see these great caring people and get your life back. I totally recommend.

Tried the creams even though they push the pellets. They said they could change things, and I went back and was greeted in the office by an older lady, not a healthcare worker, who didn't seem to know what she was doing. She tried to get me on the pellets again. I don't use my real name in reviews for safety reasons, but this is an honest review. Go to your doctor and get your hormones there. I found a great GYN who works with me now and feel tons better.

My first round of pellets were amazing and I felt 10 years younger. The second round, which was placed around 3 1/2 months later, had a lot of ups and downs. I should have known being in the medical field but I relied heavily upon the expertise of the staff here. You do not get labs between pellets unless you ask for them here, which is not appropriate in my opinion. I should not have to ask to be monitored while on hormones. Hormones should be monitored between insertions to ensure that the patient is balanced appropriately and that the pellets are absorbing as expected. When I presented for round 2 of the pellets, it was based solely on how I felt. Naively, I assumed that would be ok since that’s what I was told to do. When i decided to check into another option due to the ups and downs, the labs showed a very low hormone level that had not been addressed initially, as I assume it was fine. If it was good initially, the imbalance occurred after insertion and no monitoring was in place. Hormones work off of one another, so imbalances can happen especially when you are on replacement therapy. Be smart and go with a provider who indicates monitoring of labs initially, at one month and at least every three to six months thereafter. You can cause yourself unnecessary problems if you just just them initially and upon request.

Men do your research on testosterone pellets. They do not work well on all people. I came in to this establishment to be treated for low t approximately 5 months ago. I was over treated by that I mean to many pellets was inserted. It shot my test to over 1500 which caused major mood swings and now a major imbalance in hormones all together. Ask plenty of questions and research before being treated. I’m now with another Dr working on getting it all lined out from the pellets not dissipating as they are supposed to. It’s been an absolute horrible experience and major rollercoaster ride I will never do the pellets again.
