Then when you confront her, she will "flag your account and ban you from the pharmacy". She also said "I shot myself in the foot by confronting her" and and she would not fill the remaining portion of my medication. (They only had enough in stock for part of it) . I asked for her boss, she informed me she is the boss..which isnt true. Later after finally talking to her boss, he called it a big "misunderstanding" and refused to believe she would ever do such a thing but also refused to watch the cameras to see for himself how rude and disrespectful his employees were. Customer service is non existent here.
