  The receptionist gave me the most rude experience I have ever had when trying to get help for an elderly patient. She accused me of being very rude when I was asking questions trying to understand the process of getting a lost hearing aid replaced. Simple as that. Audio Nova has been very helpful in the past, but now, I would never recommend them to anyone with hearing issues.

He carefully explained the test results, presented my options, and answered my questions. I was impressed with the care and compassion he gives patients.
