  The receptionist gave me the most rude experience I have ever had when trying to get help for an elderly patient. She accused me of being very rude when I was asking questions trying to understand the process of getting a lost hearing aid replaced. Simple as that. Audio Nova has been very helpful in the past, but now, I would never recommend them to anyone with hearing issues.

  This morning I had the pleasure of being helped by two of the most knowledgeable and polite ladies I’ve met in some time. I had to have some impressions made of my ears, and also some questions about hearing protection. First of all I was very early for my appointment. Meagan took that in stride and assured me that they would work me in. As I sat there I watched as she assisted old people, like me, with their hearing equipment and questions. All done in a very professional and caring way. Then Dr. Kayla Thompson worked on my ears and answered all of my questions about hearing aids and hearing protection. She couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. She provided all kinds of options and really went overboard to make me feel cared for. I do not live in Harrison, I live in Flippin, but because of these two ladies I would gladly travel the 30 minutes to be cared for by such caring professionals. Four thumbs up for those gals!
