  I just moved here from Alaska and right away, had a problem with my hearing aids, 4,000 miles from my provider. I called my provider’s office in Alaska wondering what to do. They suggested I see Jerry at Graham Hearing Services in Fort Smith, and I’m so glad I did! Sherry, at the front desk was very helpful, getting my hearing prescription from the Alaska provider, and offered to give my hearing aids a complimentary cleaning. That helped with one of them, but there was still something wrong with the other. Sherry made me an appointment to see Jerry in a couple of days and Jerry fixed my problem on the spot. The malfunctioning hearing aid needed a new microphone and receiver, and Jerry had them in stock. Then he was able to pull up my prescription in the Starkey software and determined that my hearing aids needed some slight adjustments for optimal performance. I watched him make the changes on a big-screen computer monitor. It was fascinating, watching him work. I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and I truly believe he’s the most competent hearing instrument specialist I’ve ever seen. I’ve worn hearing aids for the past 7 years, and was a patient of four different providers during that time, before meeting Jerry. So I recognize expertise when I see it. Jerry’s clinic is well-equiped, with all the latest technology, and the customer service provided is exemplary in every respect. I’m so glad I found this place and feel confident Jerry can take care of my hearing needs. He deserves the highest possible rating available.

  My husband went to see Jerry a couple of weeks ago & FINALLY can hear for the 1st time in YEARS! Now our daughter & myself have to whisper when he’s around! Haha Thanks Jerry for your GREAT work & caring about your patients.

  My wife bought a set of hearing aids about 4 years ago. The one on one service rendered in a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the top, I would rate Graham's service somewhere around 15. The seem to go out of their way to help their clients. Their follow and the way the treat the public is outstanding; when leaving the office it feels like we have visited with family. I highly recommend Gram hearing services.
