  Will never step foot in there after the way I was treated during COVID. A woman was actually going to put her hands on me!

  Honestly I won’t ever go back. Hour plus wait with nowhere to even sit just to get my glasses I paid for already. I explained I didn’t need to try them on, and I was running behind for my kids party and the lady with curly hair was beyond rude refusing to just hand me my stuff. Not sure where a company gets off refusing to give a customer something already paid for. I had to call and complain and the gentleman I spoke too was actually cool and grabbed them for me and left them on the counter. But there was an employee there doing nothing while people were waiting, multiple people walked out due to the wait. Y’all need to hire more people and nicer employees at that.

  They help me get what I need and and friendly and Nice the staff help me I don’t know her name but she was sweet to my little girl and helped me keep her occupied by giving her stuff to draw with

  Lance was a great help and super understanding when I came in with my 11 month old. He helped me with my glasses and gave me great advice on a extra pair for sunglasses. He also assured me that if anything happened to come see him, especially with a grabby little baby! I waited awhile on a Busy Saturday to be seen but surprisingly they had both my pairs of glasses done within 20 minutes of putting in my purchase! I only get a free eye exam with my inshrance and they dont pay for my frames, but Lance walked througg the discounts available to me and let me know what the best deal was. Overall, It was definelty worth the wait, you should go for great prices and customer service.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I really would!! Please do not go to this establishment. They are racist to people and even to their own co workers. It’s sad that an establishment/management allows this type of behavior. I’m extremely disappointed by what I witnessed at this establishment. Employees are openly disrespectful and discriminatory toward their own coworkers, and it created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. What’s even more concerning is that management did not step in or address the behavior. When leadership allows this kind of treatment to continue, it speaks volumes about the culture of the workplace.No one deserves to be treated differently or disrespected because of their race. whether they’re a customer or an employee. A business that tolerates this kind of behavior does not deserve support. I hope serious action is taken to address this and create a respectful, inclusive environment for everyone.
