- SWSumer WeeksDec 21, 20251.0My mother bought hearing aides from here and later, when she was unable to hear with them, was treated horribly! She couldn’t get an appointment bc they won’t answer the phone and eventually walked in (for a simple adjustment) and was publicly persecuted for not having an appointment. She was told “other people actually have appointments” and told to come back 5 days later for something she was told would take 5 minutes. How awful! She paid for the hearing aids bc she wanted to hear! Doesn’t seem like to much to ask
