  greg and sarah are the champions of friendly and great customer service. greg took care of get my aides repaired [ heavily damaged] repaired and back to me in no time, without any problems. the only place to purchase hearing aids in the river valley rande w.

  My mother bought hearing aides from here and later, when she was unable to hear with them, was treated horribly! She couldn’t get an appointment bc they won’t answer the phone and eventually walked in (for a simple adjustment) and was publicly persecuted for not having an appointment. She was told “other people actually have appointments” and told to come back 5 days later for something she was told would take 5 minutes. How awful! She paid for the hearing aids bc she wanted to hear! Doesn’t seem like to much to ask
