  Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, with a little touch of humor that was appreciated. This is the 5th pair of glasses I’ve purchased there and will go back again.

  Today my mother went in to get my dad’s glasses fixed. During examination, the MANAGER broke the glasses. Then proceeded to blame my mother and told her to “just put tape on them”. She did eventually resolved the issue, ONLY because my mom insisted she should actually do something helpful. Does not change the fact that she was rude and disrespectful.

  My husband, daughter, and I went for new glasses after seeing the Dang Eyecare clinic next door. We met with Dustan. He was so helpful! Our daughter was highly energetic and she was encouraged by the atmosphere (she’s 7, and generally hates the public & shy’s away). We were able to get six pairs of glasses in under an hour TOTAL. Our daughter got two pair in 8 minutes. So grateful!

  Honest Review! We went to purchase new glasses for my son. We went on a Saturday. I was not prepared for the wait, but that was my fault. I should have known better. The wait to be helped took longer than anything else. There was plenty of staff, who were always busy helping customers. We tried frames on while we waited, which helped pass the time. There was limited seating due to the size of the clinic. All staff was friendly. Stephanie S. Was our technician. She was helpful and polite. Ensured that we took advantage of everything our insurance offered. She deserves a 10 out of 10 for customer service. I left while the glasses were being made. It took was than 30 minutes for the glasses to be ready. Fast service. 10 out of 10. I had to sign back in to pick the glasses up. Once again, I had to wait to be assisted. The wait was less then 30 minutes. Brenda W. Checked us out and ensured that the frames fit correctly. She was kind and professional. 10 out of 10 customer service skills.
