- GJGwen JacksonOct 7, 20251.0My experience with Dr kantola nurse Monica,, where to begin.. my boyfriend has had an appointment for a tooth extraction and needs a Dr clearance since he's on xerelto, twice now she has failed to send the faxed paperwork back, two wasted trips hour one way! This isn't the only thing, he had to have shoulder surgery and once again the paperwork for medical release was not faxed for the surgery! Now next front desk is very hard to get through your either on hold for 15 to no telling how many minutes just to get an appointment, I usually quit waiting after 15 minutes. My main complaint is that when you need a medical clearance good luck because you will not get it by fax and you have to reschedule everything for lack of doing that one part of their job!!
