  Beyond sub par. So I’ve waited for nearly 3 whole months for this appointment. And cause this state doesn’t know how to, and for some reason didn’t have dads who taught anyone how to drive. Is beneath me. Now have to wait another two months enduring chest pains cause the lady at reception decided to call me 3 times in the past 24 hours to try and reschedule my appointment. It’s beyond ridiculous that I need a referral. But then you can hear the lady that called did not care at all. It’s shocking how this is the Bible Belt and no empathy for anyone but themselves. Pick a different profession

  My experience with Dr kantola nurse Monica,, where to begin.. my boyfriend has had an appointment for a tooth extraction and needs a Dr clearance since he's on xerelto, twice now she has failed to send the faxed paperwork back, two wasted trips hour one way! This isn't the only thing, he had to have shoulder surgery and once again the paperwork for medical release was not faxed for the surgery! Now next front desk is very hard to get through your either on hold for 15 to no telling how many minutes just to get an appointment, I usually quit waiting after 15 minutes. My main complaint is that when you need a medical clearance good luck because you will not get it by fax and you have to reschedule everything for lack of doing that one part of their job!!

  Amazing doctors and staff, who genuinely care about your health and well being. Dr. Landers is the best doctor I have ever had and his nurse is amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
