Some machines were out of order, and cleaning wipes were often missing. Staff were polite but not very attentive. It’s okay for basic workouts, but I expected a bit more consistency for the price.

I WENT TO THE STAFF TO BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. 10 MINUTES LATER THE BOTH OF THEM WERE AT THE FOUNTAIN.. I WENT BACK TO THE FOUNTAIN BEFORE I LEFT AND THE FOOD WAS TILL THERE. THEY WERE BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER CHILLING AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. THIS WAS ON 09/21/25. ALSO MOST OF THE STAFF DONT GREET WHEN YOU COME IN OR LEAVE AND IVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES.

Calling the office has resulted in refusals to end the charges, they direct you to the website which will not allow a log-in, they keep charging the card on file with no way to terminate. Once they have your bank or credit card info you are trapped. BEWARE when giving them your banking info!

You have to go around the end of the building in the last two appear to be handicapped and also more handicapped at one end of the the parking lot. I will never understand that, You could put the spots up front like all other businesses I’ve had a spinal cord injury and I use a walker to get into the gym to work out to regain my strength. What is the problem with planet fitness?
