John helped me so much. I’ve been wearing Good Feet inserts for over 10 years now. Occasionally I have been back in the store and my inserts have needed to be replaced. This time it was only a little over a year, my feet were aching all the time and my inserts needed to be replaced again. One the new inserts were in my shoes all the aching went away. I am a new person again!

I've had my inserts for years, went back in for a freshen up and John took good care of me. Long hours at the Post Office and these shoes and inserts are a necessity! He got me back on the road real quick

Incredibly Frustrating Experience Overall. Make sure you know what you are getting into...huge rip off!
These insoles are a huge investment for most people and if / when they don't work they are essentially IMPOSSIBLE to return. We were recommended and purchased a pair of insoles for my daughter that she never actually used after multiple orthopedic doctors determined that the insoles would not help her diagnosis (a rare benign bone tumor in her foot). Their policy requires 90 days before you can be eligible for a refund. The return was deposited into our account after waiting 4 weeks later and included what was quoted as a 30% (yes, 30%!!) restocking fee...mind you all of the product is in the store...so in our case that was over $500 to process the return and put them back on shelf (or whatever). It gets worse! The actual restocking fee based on the amount refunded to us was actually 42%... or $803...absolutely absurd for a product my daughter saw 0% benefit from. Tell me your business is struggling without telling me...shame they are a private equity backed private company, as it would be great to watch them tank if / when they keep treating customers like this!!
Ultimately it wasn't the product we needed, in which case just refund us the (very expensive) cost of purchase and everyone wins!

“I suffer from plantar fasciitis and tried just about every remedy and doctors office under the sun. I finally pulled the trigger on going into good feet, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Reid was patient and helped me find supports that fitted my feet perfectly, and just a few weeks later my pain is nearly gone!! I highly recommend checking out the good feet store if you have any similar issues.
Frequently Asked Questions About Good Feet Store Fayetteville
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
What makes Good Feet arch supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike typical online or drugstore insoles.
Can arch supports help if my feet hurt despite wearing good shoes?
Yes, often foot pain is due to the foot's biomechanics rather than the shoes themselves; arch supports stabilize the foot, reducing pain from common foot-related issues.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I buy them?
Yes, the Fayetteville Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory for immediate fitting and take-home, for customers aged 6 and up.
How can I get a free fitting for arch supports at Good Feet Store Fayetteville?
