I've had my inserts for years, went back in for a freshen up and John took good care of me. Long hours at the Post Office and these shoes and inserts are a necessity! He got me back on the road real quick

Incredibly Frustrating Experience Overall. Make sure you know what you are getting into...huge rip off! These insoles are a huge investment for most people and if / when they don't work they are essentially IMPOSSIBLE to return. We were recommended and purchased a pair of insoles for my daughter that she never actually used after multiple orthopedic doctors determined that the insoles would not help her diagnosis (a rare benign bone tumor in her foot). Their policy requires 90 days before you can be eligible for a refund. The return was deposited into our account after waiting 4 weeks later and included what was quoted as a 30% (yes, 30%!!) restocking fee...mind you all of the product is in the store...so in our case that was over $500 to process the return and put them back on shelf (or whatever). It gets worse! The actual restocking fee based on the amount refunded to us was actually 42%... or $803...absolutely absurd for a product my daughter saw 0% benefit from. Tell me your business is struggling without telling me...shame they are a private equity backed private company, as it would be great to watch them tank if / when they keep treating customers like this!! Ultimately it wasn't the product we needed, in which case just refund us the (very expensive) cost of purchase and everyone wins!

Bought in April 2024, used religiously as instructed for five to six months, legs and knees got worse and worse till I couldn't hardly walk. Quit using them and have slowly been getting better. Biggest waste of money I ever spent.

Frequently Asked Questions About Good Feet Store Fayetteville

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
