  You'd likely be better serviced by any other home health agency in Northwest Arkansas. In my experience, they care the least about their patients of all the home health agencies in NWA. Update October 2024 They are still probably the worst home health agency in NWA.

  First, I sent an inquiry via their online form and never heard anything. Then, I called in to ask some questions about personal care services. I was told that they don't provide personal care even though there's a section on their website under home care services for personal care. When I mentioned that part of their website, the lady I was talking to just restated that they don't provide it and quickly ended the call. I was going to ask about physical therapy as well, but the lady was so short with me, that I didn't even bother. I think they need to be responsive when people send messages, update their site if they don't offer the service, and get people that will take more time with potential customers.

  My husband and I want to say THANK YOU for the care that was given during our time with this company! Jana is AMAZING, she kept us updated on all of his levels and numbers from all of the blood work, so we never had to wonder how they were... but, they are all professional and so sweet! I would recommend them to anyone that need home IV therapy. No offense, but we hope to never need to see any of them again (in a medical setting) we were blessed to have wonderful care!   Great company. We love our nurse Amanda who comes to our home weekly. She does an excellent job! Detailed, friendly, etc.
