Aaron was great in helping me fit both shoes and braces. With chronic drop foot and muscle weakness on the right, it’s always hard to find the right fit with the right support that can also accommodate my AFO. Great experience for sure.

Tommy was fantastic! I had foot surgery on both my feet and they just have not been the same. Came in with horrible foot pain left with hardly any. Can’t wait to see how my feet will feel in a few months. Thanks Tommy

Tommy, at the Conway AR store was extremely knowledgeable and explained the products perfectly. I was very sceptical but am now an absolute believer. The difference is immediate and profound! Hip pain was reduced right away. Thanks so much, Tommy, great to work with you!

The shoes we bought were over priced. But, they were for my 90 year old uncles neuropathy problemed feet. So, we needed a good quality. Brooks. Good shoes but not THAT good. The took an impression of his foot to make sure he got the very best possible shoe for his feet. Unfortunately they had ONLY ONE KIND OF SHOE IN THAT SIZE! They then tried to sell us on an insert. Over $500. Really. For a piece of plastic that is mass produced? I bought my shoes there a year ago. They did the entire sales routine. Again trying to sell me inserts that didn't fix my pain problem. It gave me better stability. But for $800. No thanks. I won't be going back. This is barely a shoe store. It's an insert store. I'll be going to Wilkinson shoe mall. More selection, more styles, better prices. I can't believe they charged us $165 on shoes with velcro straps. Walmart sells those for $25. No more!

Tommy was so helpful and patient! I was hesitant to even walk (hobble) into the store because I’ve tried so many things with no success. Tommy put the first pair of insoles into my shoes, and I stood there for a moment, hesitant to take a step and be disappointed. Three steps later, I broke down in tears. I walked BRISKLY across the store… then JOGGED for a few steps! I haven’t been able to do anything more than hobble for nearly two years! I was SOLD. I’m WALKING out today with hope and my life back. Thank you, Tommy!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike typical inserts or insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain comes from the foot's condition rather than the shoe. Good Feet Arch Supports stabilize the foot, helping to minimize or alleviate pain from common foot-related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and older, arch supports are stocked in-store and can be taken home the same day after fitting.
