What we thought would be a 30-minute consultation turned into an engaging and comprehensive two-and-a-half-hour session—and for good reason! We initially came in to find footwear for my daughter who is entering the healthcare profession. Tommy quickly noticed I was having trouble walking when I came in. I have been struggling with back problems and walking long distances. I was exhausted just walking from my car to the store. While assessing our needs, he showed genuine concern for not only my daughter but for me as well. He had me sold! He patiently explained every step, made sure we were comfortable with each pair, and managed all arrangements efficiently. Throughout the visit, both Tommy and Jason made our experience truly enjoyable.
