- TTTyrusbongoSep 5, 20251.0TL;DR Without a doubt the slowest pharmacy in town. BY A LONG SHOT. My wife and I have used Kroger for groceries pretty much since we moved into town several years ago. We began using their pharmacy three years ago since we are Kroger Plus customers so it just made things a lot more convenient. Unfortunately, due to lack of training, care, and or workload, expect to wait at least 24-36 hours for your prescriptions to actually be ready. Did you put in a fill request on their app earlier this morning? Expect to wait 24 hours with no notification, only to request an update and be told “it will take 45 minutes to an hour, but I can’t put it as top priority”. I’m interested to see what the default priority system is considering we were told this at nearly every pickup per month the past year. The staff is friendly, but my goodness, whatever system Kroger pharmacy uses to communicate with customers and fill prescriptions in a timely manner is NOT WORKING
