    I have never written a review in my life but feel compelled to tell everyone about the exceptional care we receive from DR Collins and his entire staff. We have been patients since 2012 and praise God everyday for sending us to them. With all the numerous surgeries we’ve been through our trust in DR Collins speaks for itself. We feel the isn’t anything he can’t fix.To say they all care is an understatement. Everyone in his office will go above and beyond time after time to ensure you get the optimal results. We have self appointed ourselves their fan club presidents Tim & Carol Hill

    I called for an appointment and received appointment card and a nice letter plus new patient forms to fill out. I explained post op pain and swelling and what another dentist called a "facial" implant. During another call I was interrogated and explained that I wanted the doctor to view the implant and it's position. I was seeking advice of what to do and if detrimental or beneficial to just remove it or it could be ok to get crowned as well as possibly correct another tooth crown next to it which was too big. This person even called another dentist who said it was facial. When I arrived I was made to immediately get a panoramic even though I told the girl I'd like to talk to him first and see if necessary. After I conceded to get the pano she put me in supine almost upside down position in chair and left the exam room, closing the door. Then the doctor came in and right away said he didn't do dental. He said he may be able to help with implant though if he could get the parts. He would try to trim down the crown too big for me also if he could. This gave hope he would work on me so I went for another X-ray he needed, incurring another $275. (Self-pay). I called to make a new appointment and the phone was turned over before I could ask to a woman in accounts named Kristen. I've been told $500 later I can't see him or talk to him. and he still hasn't answered the questions I never got opportunity to be answered because he was called out of the room when I asked first one. He only told me it was "a little off" and it was not in my sinus. I was not offered to look at the CT scan of my upper and lower jaw nor was I read the report of anything else seen. I do not know why Kristen has talked over me, deleted my emails, told me she's been there 26 years and I can't see the doctor or talk to him on the phone to get my answers. She hung up on me today. She also lied, saying I was there 2 hours. Total time spent in the presence of doctor was two 4-5 minute conversations at the most. Most of the 30-40 minutes in the room was spent by myself with a closed door. I'm trying to find someone else who uses the same software to read the X-rays and address a possible jaw alignment issue and questions. I found this whole experience disappointing, humiliating and unfair. I don't know why they even gave an appointment knowing everything I needed beforehand. I hope Mitchell Collins sees this as I don't think he's aware of her manners and ways. In addition to this I have an oversized crown sticking into my tongue. I wasted time and money for nothing on expensive x-rays of no benefit without even another oral surgeon or dentist referral with compatible equipment to read them. He knew I did not intend to return to the dentist who placed the implant and crown yet received an email from this account person saying he refers me back to him. Minus 1⭐

    I have used Dr. Collins several times for dental implants. The process was easy, quick and virtually painless. I have full confidence in his abilities and will continue to use him in the future. His office and support staff are wonderful. I always feel welcome and relaxed. These people have become my friends! I definitely recommend using Dr. Collins for your dental needs.

    You can tell they have put thought in to every aspect of your visit. They have tips on healthcare showing in the waiting room and tvs in the patient rooms to show you what they are looking at. Took time to explain everything in detail. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
