Each member of the staff were all welcoming, and each of them went above and beyond to put my mind at ease from my fears of dental offices. I look forward to my next visit! - TFTara FrenchApr 1, 20261.0Went to the office on December. Was really excited that I was finally going to be getting help with all my dental issues. I needed to get my blood pressure down. They called me 2 weeks later and told them it was down but they were getting ready to be off until the first of the year. So she would call me again after the first of the year to get everything going. Heard nothing. And I was working with a timeline cause I still had insurance until February 18 and with my severance had continually insurance for 6 months after. So I messaged towards mid January of course we had snow a few days before so they were still closed but would get back with me when they opened. Still nothing. Left a message and they finally called me back February 15 saying they were verifying my insurance. Here we are in April and I've yet to hear anything. Not that it matters now. So mouth still full of infection, pain, and chipped or missing teeth from health problems. Guess I'm stuck living with it.

Dr Rachel Faulkner, dental assistants Shelby and Silvia are the absolute best! They have done such an excellent job taking care of me. I have had a root canal, crown and a bridge being done and it has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Dr Rachel is a one of a kind and she is amazing in every single way!

I had to have multiple crowns made, and they made the entire experience very comfortable or at least as comfortable as it could be my teeth feel amazing now and they really took their time to make sure they cleaned everything up
