I attended this gym for about a year, saw good progress, staff was friendly, great customer service etc. However, the equipment is simply not up to par. Not to mention they keep signs posted on the equipment that doesn’t work as a crutch and excuse to NEVER fix the equipment. I guess it’s alright considering if you were to attend the gym 12x a month your subscription would be reduced to $5 a month instead of $26. But is it worth it?? Absolutely not. Once you’ve had enough of this gym and try to cancel your subscription, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND, BEWARE!!! I spoke to their customer service representative who told me a refund simply isn’t possible, and ON TOP OF THAT, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP TOO!!! Anything to get their greedy hands on a couple more dollars. Terrible business practices. Avoid this gym if you know what’s good for you and have ANY sense of consciousness in your body.

If you get the contract to go 12 times and the scanner doesn’t work (my husband and I go together) they really just don’t care. It showed that I went 12 and he went 11 times even though we go together. I’ve had to call multiple times (never getting a call back after being promised multiple times) and I haven’t been mean but I’m just frustrated. They clearly do not care and offer no help whatsoever. The front desk staff have never been friendly and seem to be put off when you ask how many times you’ve been.
