  Do not waste your time with this pharmacy find a good smalltown pharmacy instead. They telll you that your prescription is ready only to go to pick it up and get told it'll be another twenty minutes so just go shop some more.

  Had to use try to use this pharmacy today because my usual one didn't have the medicine in stock. They repeatedly gave me conflicting information and the girl on the phone was rude every time I called in. Absolute waste of time

  Let me preface this complaint with, this is my very first public complaint about any business ever. I have been using Kroger Pharmacy for years, within the last year I’ve notice a significant increase in wait time and a decrease in the quality of customer service. I understand that COVID has played a major part in the changes in the pharmacy industry. However, over time it has become more common for us to have negative experiences getting our prescriptions at this kroger, rather than positive. I will say I spoke with Laura on the phone today and it was the rare positive experience. She answered so many of my questions with a pleasant and helpful attitude. When I went to pick up my prescriptions an hour or so later, Ronald was my tech/cashier. There was only one person in front of me inside the store and I waited a half an hour to be helped and then another 10 minutes waiting for him to give me my prescription. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with Ronald and I can say he is kind but impossibly slow. Not all the blame can be on Ronald though, the line was getting longer fast and there were other employees around and no one came to the second register to help him with the line. Not all my prescriptions were ready when I finally got up there, so I had to leave the line, do my grocery shopping and then wait in line once again. When I finally got all of them, I walked away and was stopped by another customer who complained about having issues with Ronald’s speed in the past and that he will usually just leave if Ronald is the one at the register. I hope something can be done soon to remedy this. I’m a loyal customer even when issues arise but even I am losing patience.
