  I had been waiting on diagnostic test results. I have been really anxious and worried about them. A medical assistant called me and not Dr.Morgan. She just said that I was ok but if I wanted the further recommended testing I could wait until later on and call and make another appointment to come in . Then they would send me for the further testing that was recommended. The whole process is unprofessional and this physician is non-caring and in a hurry always! I have been in the medical field over 20 years and this is very bad practice! Definitely looking for a new PCP!

  My husband and I have both used Family Practice Associates for about 30 years. Dr Cathcart is absolutely the best PCP and kind. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful! My husband’s PCP is Dr Morgan. He’s an excellent doctor and very caring and knowledgeable. This is our doctor’s office to go to for just about everything. I also care for all the other doctors, PA’s and nurses!! Great team!!!

  Dr Morgan rushes through all of my appointments and tells me I’m probably just over thinking it. I went to another doctor where they tested my bloodwork for FREE and found the cause of my issues. Salem family practice was much more helpful and they worked with me to find a solution that didn’t involve prescriptions or gaslighting.
