- TPtom petersonOct 8, 20251.0After 20 years your practice wants to remove my wife and I as patients for no reason. If your basing said decision on my wife having not made appointment for yearly wellness check. Facts are on the last two earlier 6 month checks I had my wife was with me. For about 20 years we've always had wellness check same day. Your decision is Ill advised since what you practice is discriminatory conduct. I wager you took this action based upon we provide your practice with less earnings than wealthier patients.
- WBWanda BartlettAug 26, 20255.0My husband and I have both used Family Practice Associates for about 30 years. Dr Cathcart is absolutely the best PCP and kind. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful! My husband’s PCP is Dr Morgan. He’s an excellent doctor and very caring and knowledgeable. This is our doctor’s office to go to for just about everything. I also care for all the other doctors, PA’s and nurses!! Great team!!!

I went to another doctor where they tested my bloodwork for FREE and found the cause of my issues. Salem family practice was much more helpful and they worked with me to find a solution that didn’t involve prescriptions or gaslighting.
- K0Keendall 09Jul 30, 20251.0I called today to get established as a new patient and was told I could not see any doctors there because I missed an appointment in 2022 which I knew nothing about. I was still seeing my original pcp in 2022 and unless this was a referral from somebody else I know nothing about this appointment . Regardless if I did or not that was 3 years ago and an isolated incident (if I had missed it , which I didn’t) Emergencies come up and things happen and doctors should be understanding of that. Good thing it’s not life threatening (well it could be but I wouldn’t know cause they won’t see me) Do not recommend if you are somewhat human and have a regular life where things come up
