We built a new office in October 2003, it has TV monitors in each room for watching TV and for showing you the patient what we can do for you. You review x-rays, intraoral pictures, and procedure techniques from our library will be displayed on the screen for the patients viewing. Our goal is to treat you as we would want to be treated. Your comfort comes first. We built the office with the latest technologies in order to give you the latest techniques and procedures to achieve your goals and expectations.

- TKTaylor KirkpatrickSep 22, 20251.0We decided to let our 8 year old little girl use Dr Cliff Hays and Dr Celita Simmons. She needed a cleaning, and her crown popped off her tooth in the back and it needed to be replaced. The cleaning went fine, however during him putting the crown back on, he was a little rough and our little girl just needed to breathe for a second because she was gagging, but he kept moving her hand away and telling her to stop. THEN she started crying a little because she felt like she was suffocating and he LITERALLY threw his hands in the air, put her crown back in the bag, handed it to my mom (who took her) and said “I’m done, I’m not doing this” and left the room. So with that being said, our 8 year old little girl is still walking around with no crown on her tooth. Our 4 year old had a cleaning appointment today, but I REFUSE to go after that.

Not too long ago I was told I had three that needed filled. I stopped before I filled them going because of insurance reasons and went somewhere else. The new dentist told me I had none! How did it go from three to none? Very disappointing since I've been there so long.
