From the very beginning, Wayne took time to truly listen not only to her, but me as a concerned mother as well. He made her feel heard, understood, and encouraged, which made such a difference throughout the rehab process. Waynes's patience, knowledge, and gentle approach helped her regain her strength and mobility in ways we worried may take much longer. Because of his hard work and support, she is now back to feeling confident using her arm again! We also sincerely thank the reception staff! They were always warm and welcoming and always had our back-to-school notes ready! We can't thank everyone enough for their compassion, professionalism, and the genuine care they showed our daughter. They truly made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We highly recommend PROS to anyone in need!!

Then to the therapists who motivate and improve your function, WRMC Pro’s is awesome. I’ve been here a few times over the years and everyone has been great! First was Josh, PT (knee) several years ago, then Jill Hedden, PT (back) and now Kay Smith, PT (neck.) Let’s not forget the tech Alexis Faith who is sweet as can be. Also need to shout out to all the other therapists and staff that great you as you come I. and go. Thank you to everyone at WRH Pro’s!

I'd been to another physical therapy place for something else and I feel like the care I received from Kay at White River health physical therapy was much more thorough and complete. There were two visits that Kay was not in the office so Kelly picked up right where Kay left off. If you have a choice of where you're having your physical therapy done this place is a no-brainer.
