If I could give the Staff, Nurse's, and the DR a hundred stars I would!! They were great all away around the board from the moment we walked in! I will be coming back if I need this service again!

Working from out of town. Checkin went smoothly, staff were polite and professional. It went downhill from there. The NP cut me off when I was describing the symptoms that I was having. The current issue was swollen, red eye with drainage. He ignored 1 side of nose very tender to touch and other reddened areas. He quickly told me to "cut to my eye" and decided without an exam that I had a sinus infection giving me a script for nasal spray and a decongestant. NP Worley needs to slow down and listen- he obviously doesnt know as much as he thinks as I ended up being diagnosed with a staph infection! Initially skin that progressed to systemic. A lengthy course of treatment which may have been avoided with proper care. A mistake is bad but lack of professionalism and common courtesy can be damaging to your reputation, especially in the medical field. 2 stars were given due to checkin process and other staff which I have to consider since they must work with him. I failed to mention I am a nurse and I am disappointed that this one contributes to the reputation of a great profession, it explains why some people have a negative view of the profession. 10/30/25. Not very caring NP. Looks like Jonah Hill a little. Not being rude, but that’s who he favors so you’ll know if you go and is seen by him. Sort of a god complex and a little haughty, but lack of commutation with giving me final details on my treatment plan, didn’t put my order in computer for shot so I was stuck on FREEZING room while I overheard patients who came after me leave. Then when I asked about getting my shot, the 2 staff ladies just said he didn’t put in an order for a shot. Then I had to wait for them to catch up with him to confirm and I heard him ask “IS SHE STILL IN THERE”.  He even recognized this was a long time for me to be waiting but didn’t come to acknowledge or apologize for this mistake. Then when I asked for info about what meds to take I was given the staff’s personal opinion basked in what she takes. I later see the discharge link on my phone and it says RX was sent to my pharmacy. By this time my pharmacy is closed and now I’m waiting another day to start on meds to help. Last time going here for sure. I got there around 10 and didn’t leave until after lunch. As far as staff goes, even if he didn’t put in the orders for my shot, but you confirmed he discharged me, why did you just leave me in that freezing room and not make me aware I was free to go. My thoughts were they would return with the shot and tell me what meds I’m going to be taking at home. They didn’t follow up either. One staffer apologized on behalf of the NP, but I had the door wide open to try to warm up the room. Right before the tech came in with the shot he passed by my room and completely ignored that I was there even after making the statement expressing his surprise that I was still waiting. They also went back and forth about him “writing” the order for the shot down, but he didn’t put it in the computer. Then the 3 of them compared the names & #’s of shots ordered while I’m still in there waiting and freezing. One staffer even made the comment about how cold the rooms were while walking down the hall! On top of feeling bad, then being in that cold room and with the cold attitude of the NP. Unheard of! The lady that took me back to get my vitals was really acting like this really was just her job. She’s definitely not a people person. The blonde was friendly. She’s the only reason they even get 1 star. The others need to take lessons from her on how to treat me with concern and care. Too bad the poor experience with the others makes this an overall bad experience.
