- MEMichelle EsguerraFeb 2, 20231.0No one answers the phone?! I’m beginning to think this office has closed permanently. It’s hard to get an appointment as the doctor is only there 2 days a week and the selection of glasses is very limited. I think we’ll take our business elsewhere.

We went to pick up my sons and they told us his frames are bent and afriad of breaking the frames. So we bought new frame.Then they told us we should have bought plastic frames but that is not the type he likes. But they said it still wont work for them, so we asked for our money back. They refused. They have a 30 satisfaction guarentee that was not upheld. We would rather have the glasses. So I told them they need to give us the lens or give us our money back. 300.00. They gave us the lens when we got home there was a large scratch on the left lens. We are out glasses and lens about 400.00 with frames. I would suggest people beware. I have worn glasses all my life never had I had this problem!
