We went to pick up my sons and they told us his frames are bent and afriad of breaking the frames. So we bought new frame.Then they told us we should have bought plastic frames but that is not the type he likes. But they said it still wont work for them, so we asked for our money back. They refused. They have a 30 satisfaction guarentee that was not upheld. We would rather have the glasses. So I told them they need to give us the lens or give us our money back. 300.00. They gave us the lens when we got home there was a large scratch on the left lens. We are out glasses and lens about 400.00 with frames. I would suggest people beware. I have worn glasses all my life never had I had this problem!

If you’re like me, you like people to give you their honest options and that’s exactly what they did when it came to picking out my frames. Even though it was a change for me, I felt 100% confident I was going to love them once I left. But, that’s not even the best part!!! Have you ever been to an eye doctor that gives you prescription glasses and you leave with them that day!? Yeah, me either! These guys have their own lab which means after picking out my frames, my lenses were made and I was taking home my glasses 20 minutes later!! Highly recommended!
