  Great experience. I went to the clinic on Montgomery Hwy in Vestavia. The girl at the front desk was absolutely amazing and so kind. I will definitely be back. Doctor on call was just as wonderful. Thank you!

  The process of getting a clear understanding of my leg injury was unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating. I repeatedly asked whether this timeline was normal or if I should be referred elsewhere, especially given that this experience took significantly longer than any other AFC locations and facilities specializing in bone injuries. My concerns were never meaningfully addressed. In addition, I had to call frequently on my own to follow up. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever despite me being in pain (i.e. waiting four to five hours for a call back I never received, not sending faxes promptly). Also, I was told I had to see the original practitioner to get proper results when in actuality speaking with the nurse practitioner — she said that’s not protocol.

  Clean facilities and very efficient visit. Staff was professional but not necessarily friendly. Care was appropriate and medically indicated.

  They don’t actually follow their office hours posted on their website and google. Went yesterday and their doors were locked and lights off 45 minutes before the listed closing time. Went back this morning and they opened the doors 10 minutes late, and aren’t taking patients 30 minutes after they opened because the manager isn’t here, and the receptionist is running late. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
