  Everything was fine.the receptionist was extra helpful. She helped me with my paper work signing in. The staff was great.

  I just got went in to get bloodwork and no one would come to the desk. But they were laughing in the hallway. Five minutes later she came and called me “Karen.” Never been treated so horribly. Do not go there.

  Once my check in was completed I waited less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly

  The front desk lady was super unprofessional. I had to call about my medication 4 times because they ,first , knowingly prescribed me medication extremely allergic to, Forgot to send in a new antibiotic after i asked them prior, then proceeded to send it to the wrong pharmacy when they have my pharmacy on file. When i called the last and final time the front desk women was extremely rude. She yelled at me and my mother in law( who i went to in tears because she was so rude all day) who tried to talk to this woman but was absolutely not hearing a word we had to say. She put us on hold and argued until she hung up on us. The wait time was ridiculous, i was forgotten for 40 minutes and only do they remember i was in there was when they were asking if the room was free for someone else. i would NOT recommend this place. a terrible experience and will never again go back.

  Took a while for someone to give a covid test. Had to step out of the room to remind them I'm still in the room.
