  Very professional and detail care. My time in and out was very great. Thanks to the staff that was on April 11th at my 11:45 arrival.

  Better off using google. Waste of time and money. Took my 1 year old in because she had a full body rash and has been extremely fussy, throwing up etc for a day and a half and wanted to get her checked out to be safe and hopeful to get her some relief. As soon as we walked in at 3:05 pm they locked the door behind us, sign outside and online said they are open until 4. Said they can treat her rash but can’t test her so we started to leave. They met us at the door and said they can test her for flu strep and Covid so we stayed. But they only tested her for strep which is rare in babies, didn’t even bother to test for the other two. Then gave me papers saying it was heat exhaustion. Drink more water. Not a heat rash with any advice on how to help her. Nothing to help treat the rash. Not sure where they got their license but will not be back.

  Wait period was unreasonably long!! Testing was done that did not have anything to do with the symptoms that were reported.

  I was seen for an ailment. The nurses were extremely helpful and kind. The Doctor/Nurse Practitioner that saw me seemed indifferent to my ailment. I asked a question about the ailment and they were somewhat condescending

  Todd & Strickland are very nice & well mannered Staff...they have great bed side manners & make you feel welcomed when visiting MainStreet Family Care. The staff make sure your visit is very comfortable.
