- RRR. C Wright RNMar 27, 20265.0I would like to thank Dr Sandra Daly at University Medical Center for all the late phone calls to my home to check on my mom. My mom always told every Doctor she encountered that everything would have to be cleared by her Doctor, Dr. Daly. It was at Dr Daly’s insistence that I got a Durable Power of Attorney and Will for my mom. As my mother's health declined I did not realize how much I would need that POA. Thank you Dr. Daly for all you did for Laura Billups.
- BCBrenda ConnerFeb 4, 20263.0Visit was great! Appointment with my grandsons was at 8:00 am, signed in, but no one was at the desk. Sign in was in the middle of, but basket was off to the side. Went back to the desk an hour later, kids had not been called. Suggestion: putting the sign in sheets next to the basket. Everyone don’t know there is a basket, especially if there is no one at the desk to ask. Kids was 11:30 getting to school.

Listens and doesn’t judge and asked me what I thought about meds for my treatment. He Didn’t just throw out regimens for me to take that HE thought were best. I like that! I felt like I was a part of my care and that’s important for me as a nurse. If you’re in the market for a new PCP, Dr J. Baccus at UMC is top tier!

Then when I tried to set up an appointment I was told I would have to come in and fill out new patient paperwork. I won’t take my kids back here.
- KMKendra MooreDec 28, 20251.0I absolutely love my neurologist, Dr. Ikard. However, I will be needing to find a new doctor since I have called SIX TIMES and left SIX VOICEMAILS in a month with not one returned call. The doctor is great, but the office is a complete joke.
